Using The Academy app? Read the Academy privacy policy.
“Get started” prepares an email with the business and contact details you enter. We receive those details only when you send the email from your email app. We use them to respond to your inquiry and discuss the service with you.
Please keep business inquiries to program and contact information. We do not need children’s personal details here.
We collect your email, any club or program name you choose to provide, the request time and source page, and your optional email preference. These support your request and are kept in a private Google spreadsheet accessible to AC ORCA and the providers needed to run this service.
The guide is a download. You can get it without agreeing to marketing emails or creating an account. The optional email checkbox starts unchecked; you can withdraw your choice at any time.
A temporary coded network identifier helps limit repeated submissions. Your IP address is not added to the guide-request spreadsheet.
The parent Program Guide page is a demonstration. Information entered there stays in the page while you try it; it is not submitted or saved. The example does not email a guide, send texts or create a registration.
A service operated for a club requires a separate agreed setup and privacy information for that club.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information, such as IP address, browser, device and request details, to deliver and protect the website.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visits to selected public pages, referring sites, device types and approximate locations. It does not use advertising cookies or a persistent identifier to track you across websites.
Our analytics excludes form contents, names, email addresses, URL query strings and fragments. We do not record what you type or replay browsing sessions. Analytics does not load when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and this website integration does not run in The Academy app.
We do not sell personal information. AC ORCA and the service providers needed for hosting, email and guide delivery use information to operate and protect these services, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
We keep information only as long as needed for those purposes and any communications you choose to receive. We use reasonable safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons.
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop optional emails, contact hello@acorca.com.
We will update this notice when our website practices change and show the revised date above.

For players under 13, an account must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians can request to review, correct, delete or stop further collection of a child’s information at hello@acorca.com. Read the full parent and guardian notice or request account deletion.
