We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to selected public marketing pages. It reports aggregate page views and visitor estimates, referring sites, and browser, device and approximate location information. Vercel processes network and browser information to provide these statistics without advertising cookies or a persistent cross-site tracking identifier.

Our page-view integration removes query strings and URL fragments, and does not submit names, email addresses, form contents or player information. It does not run in The Academy application. We do not use session replay or record what you type. Our integration does not load when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Confirmed guide requests remain in our separate private request register. Opening an email draft is not a received inquiry or a qualified lead. We review actual inquiries separately to understand whether our service fits the program. For website privacy questions, email hello@acorca.com.

When you request a free business guide, we collect your email address, any club or program name you provide, the request time and source page, and your optional marketing preference. We use these details to record and support your request. The guide is provided as a download; requesting it does not create an Academy account.

We store these requests in a private Google spreadsheet accessed by AC ORCA and our service providers as needed to operate this flow. Our website processes a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not added to the lead spreadsheet.

The optional checkbox lets you choose occasional AC ORCA marketing tips and offers. It starts unchecked. You can get the guide without opting in, and withdraw marketing consent or request correction or deletion by emailing hello@acorca.com. We retain guide request details only as needed to support requests and any opted-in communications, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

This Privacy Policy explains how Athletic Club Orca handles information for The Academy product and for this public website.

The Academy is a soccer development system for players and families. It starts with a Player Profile and a Player Card built from submitted soccer film.

AC Orca collects information you provide, information created as you use The Academy, and technical information from your device and browser.

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, device, browser, and request information, to deliver and protect the website.

Within The Academy product, AC Orca may collect:

AC Orca uses information to operate the website and The Academy, maintain Player Profiles, process uploaded film, create Player Cards and reviews, manage Pro access and billing status, provide support, protect the service, understand service performance, improve product quality, and comply with law.

AC Orca does not sell personal information. AC Orca does not use Player Profiles, uploaded film, Player Cards, reviews, Sessions, youth information, or child information for advertising targeting.

The Academy is built for players and families, and many players are minors.

Player Profiles for players under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. A child under 13 should not create or manage the account.

We collect only what is needed to create the Player Profile, support the First Benchmark, operate reviews and Sessions, manage access, support families, protect the service, and comply with law.

Uploaded film is private and used to operate The Academy product experience, including Player Cards, reviews, Sessions, service history, and product safety.

Film is retained only as long as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, or as required by law.

AC Orca does not sell personal information.

AC Orca does not sell Player Profile, uploaded film, Player Card, review, Session, youth, or child information.

We work with a limited set of service providers to operate The Academy, such as hosting, storage, and payment processing.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver and protect the service, under their own terms and security practices.

Payments are handled by Stripe. AC Orca stores the billing and access status needed to operate Pro.

AC Orca does not store full payment card numbers.

We retain information only as long as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, or as required by law.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information within The Academy.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Parents and guardians can request to review, correct, delete, or stop further collection of a child’s information.
